Cliff College Learning Lead

Learning Lead and Tutor in Evangelism & Mission

Cliff College, located in the Peak District, has been training people in evangelism and mission since 1903. Today it continues in its mission to equip the church in evangelism and mission through a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, a wide selection of short courses, an annual Festival, partnerships with other institutions globally and churches locally and a busy conference centre and leisure business.

Cliff is now seeking to appoint to the new role of Learning Lead and Tutor in Evangelism & Missiology, which will link the newly formed Evangelism and Mission team with the academic team of the College. This will be a key role at Cliff College but will also have responsibilities within the Methodist Church in terms of research into evangelism and growth and the development of new learning programmes. This is an exciting time to be joining Cliff College as Vision 21, a strategy that takes the College on a journey to become a global centre of evangelism and missiology, is launched. The new Learning Lead and Tutor will be a key role in ensuring that evangelism and mission underpin the College's learning strategy.

This collaborative role, focusing on evangelism and missiology, requires someone who:

  • has experience of teaching and tutoring in higher education
  • is a great communicator to a variety of audiences
  • is passionate about and has practical experience of evangelism and mission
  • is a great team player
  • is willing to play a key role in the life of Cliff College and the Methodist Church

If this is you then please download the details from our website.
